Rafael Mansur

Master’s degree in Civil Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Postgraduate degree from the Rio de Janeiro State School of Magistracy (EMERJ). Bachelor of Laws from UERJ. Professor of Civil Law, with experience in undergraduate and graduate programs. Visiting professor of the Postgraduate Program in Contract Law and Civil Liability at the Brazilian School of Law (EBRADI) and the Postgraduate Program in Contract Law at PUC-Rio. Author of articles published in specialized journals and collective works. Member of the Civil Law Committee of the OAB/RJ (2019/2021 triennium). Member of the Brazilian Institute of Civil Law (IBDCivil), the Brazilian Institute of Contract Law (IBDCONT), and the Brazilian Institute of Family Law (IBDFAM). Attorney with experience in civil and business dispute resolution.
